About DC5 WHOIS

A practical partner for complex lookups.

DC5 WHOIS is a free lookup console for infrastructure engineers — no sign-up, no tracking of lookups. It combines RDAP, traditional WHOIS, DNS, reverse DNS, local RIR / PSL / cloud datasets, reputation lists and Web3 name resolution into one normalized response.

Lookups are not stored. Datasets — RIR allocations, cloud and CDN ranges, Tor and iCloud Private Relay exits, reputation lists, MaxMind GeoLite2 — are downloaded copies on our own server, so no third party sees what you look up. Every result shows where each piece of data came from.

This is a technical utility, not a marketing lookup page. Use the API, CLI (whoisx), or this web interface. The sources page lists Web3 namespaces, reputation feeds and local datasets with their freshness. See also the privacy notice.
